The FRESH 5 Integrative Health & Wellness Program by Dr. Robert and Julie Graham:

A 26-week program where we launch FRESH content every Monday. Just follow along with the "FRESH Five" ingredients in your recipe to health as we dive into each word for four weeks: Starting with the first four weeks dedicated to an "Intro To The FRESH Five," followed by four-week sections of each of the “FRESH Five”: Food, Relaxation, Exercise, Sleep & Happiness. The last two weeks are dedicated to the "FRESH Five Maintenance Pro-Graham" and sharing in success stories! If you commit to learning the weekly content, by the end of 26 weeks, you will have your very own FRESH "Recipe to Health” and will be “Certified FRESH.”

Why did we start FRESH Med U?

We all need a FRESH start! Over the past couple years since launching FRESH Medicine our friends, clients and patients frequently ask us how can we learn more about FRESH? The real impetus for starting an online educational course was an amazing grocery store chain called PSK Supermarkets who wanted a holistic wellness program. They wanted to influence their company culture, change how their company cares for one another and help onboard their employees around health and wellness. As part of their corporate wellness offering, they loved what FRESH stood for; but the challenge was scaling it up to all of their employees. As you know, traditional learning requires the showing up to the classroom and face-to-face interaction, which can be challenging. FRESH MED U can reach people wherever they are and offers flexibility to learn and engage on their own time.

FRESH Med U offers a Comprehensive online Wellness Program which is best suited for companies who wish to implement wellness initiatives for their workplace, but have time, personnel, and budget constraints. We also offer onsite visits for more interactive and face-to-face learning.
